Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws: Increase in Authorized Shares.
On August 15, 2013, the registrant (the “Company”), Filed for an increase in Authorized shares of common stock under the laws of the State of Delaware. This increasd the number of common shares from 100,000,000 to 1,000,000,000.
A copy of the Board resolution and the revised articles of incorporation are incorporated herein by reference and filed as Exhibits 2.1 and 3.1, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
