On August 13, 2013, Peter L. Gray informed ModusLink Global Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) that he was resigning as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company and from all other positions with the Company and its subsidiaries, effective October 4, 2013.
