Valmont Industries, Inc. reported that Richard P. Heyse, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer is leaving the Company on August 13, 2013 for personal reasons. Terry J. McClain, who previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has been named as Interim CFO effective August 14, 2013 and will assume the responsibilities of principal financial officer until a permanent CFO has been selected.
