Item 2.02. Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On August 14, 2013, Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its results from operations for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2013. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
