Item 7.01  FD Disclosure.

Watkins, MN – July 25, 2013 – International Barrier Technology Inc. (“Barrier”) (IBTGF: OTCBB; IBH: TSXV), announces that is has granted stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company, exercisable to acquire up to 1,177,500 common shares of the Company, at a price equivalent to $0.10 CDN per common share on the date of grant, expiring on August 2, 2016.
