Item 1.01. Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.
Line of Credit. On August 9, 2013, Hibbett Sports, Inc. (Company) executed a new Master Note renewing its existing unsecured revolving credit facility between the Company and its subsidiaries and Regions Bank. The amount of the revolving credit facility is $30,000,000 and is effective August 23, 2013 through August 22, 2014 with an interest rate at the higher of prime rate, the federal funds rate plus 1/2 of 1% or LIBOR. The Master Note is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
