On August 6, 2013, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (the "Company") approved forms of grant agreements under the 2013 Performance Plan for incentive stock options, performance shares, cash-based performance units, restricted stock units and shares of restricted stock.
