Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 8, 2013, Cambium Learning Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
