As previously disclosed, on May 3, 2013, the Board of Directors of Meritor, Inc. (“Meritor”) appointed Ivor J. Evans Executive Chairman of the Board and Interim Chief Executive Officer and President. On August 9, 2013, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Evans as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President.
The information relating to Mr. Evans required by Items 401(b), (d), (e) and Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K was contained in Meritor's Current Report on Form 8-K dated May 3, 2013 and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 6, 2013.
