Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 8, 2013, National Bank Holdings Corporation (“NBHC”) Board of Directors approved a cash dividend to shareholders. The quarterly cash dividend of five cents ($0.05) per share of common stock will be payable on September 13, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013.
