We would further like to announce that this specific information is posted on the Company’s website at www.ewastesystems.com and updated with information obtained from the Company’s transfer agent, Empire Stock Transfer located in Henderson, Nevada on Wednesday of each week.
The current number of Issued and Outstanding Shares of the Company’s common stock is 247,706,221 and the current Public Float is 104,263,790.
