Item 8.01 Other Events.
Corvex/Related Maryland Shareholder Litigation
In connection with the previously disclosed arbitration proceedings between CommonWealth REIT, or the Company, and Corvex Management LP and Related Fund Management, LLC, the Company issued a press release today commenting on an interim order from the arbitration panel issued August 7, 2013.
A copy of the Company’s press release, and a copy of the arbitration panel’s interim order, are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference.
