Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 8, 2013, the Company issued a press release entitled “Altair Nanotechnologies Reports Second 2013 Financial Results.” The full text of the press release is provided here to as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference into this item 2.02.
The Company will hold a conference call to discuss its second quarter 2013 results on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
