On August 6, 2013, Zhone Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) received formal notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) advising that the Company has regained compliance with NASDAQ's minimum bid price requirement, as set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and that the Company otherwise satisfies all requirements for continued listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market. Accordingly, the matter has been closed.
