On August 6, 2013, The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. issued a press release announcing the completion of its acquisition of JA Holding, Inc., the parent company of the Joseph Abboud clothing line.  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
