Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 1, 2013, Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. (the “Company”) closed the sale of its real property located at 3 Industrial Avenue, Mahwah, New Jersey to its tenant. The sale price was $3.5 million. Additionally, the Company repaid the existing mortgage payable on the building with the proceeds of the sale.
