Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 5, 2013, GT Advanced Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 29, 2013. The information in Exhibit 99.1 is being furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
