The ExOne Company Announces Second Quarter 2013 Financial Results Release and Conference Call

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., July 31, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The ExOne Company (Nasdaq:XONE), a global provider of three-dimensional ("3D") printing machines and printed products to industrial customers, announced today that it will release its second quarter 2013 financial results after the closing of financial markets on Tuesday, August 13, 2013.

A conference call and webcast will be held at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, in which management will review the financial and operating results for the quarter and discuss ExOne's corporate strategies and outlook. A question-and-answer session will follow.

A telephonic replay will be available from 11:30 a.m. ET on the day of the teleconference through Wednesday, August 21, 2013. The Company also announced today that the expiration of the 180-day post IPO lock-up agreements with respect to approximately 7,072,105 shares of common stock will be extended automatically from August 5, 2013 to 11:59 p.m. on August 30, 2013, due to the timing of the release of the Company's second quarter 2013 financial results. These customary lock-ups were entered into with FBR Capital Markets & Co. and the other underwriters of the Company's February 6, 2013 IPO.
