Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Park City Group, Inc. (the "Company") today announced the initiation of a test program to provide services to a large national retailer with upwards of 4,000 stores nationwide. Management intends to make certain informational presentations to certain interested parties, including staff and potential investors, where the relationship referenced in this Current Report on Form 8-K, which is conditioned upon and is subject to the execution of definitive agreements, may be discussed.
