On July 29, 2013, GT Advanced Technologies Inc.’s Vice President, Finance, Corporate Controller, Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer, John R. Granara, notified the Company of his resignation in order to accept a senior financial position at another company. Mr. Granara’s resignation will be effective August 28, 2013.
