Item 8.01 — Other Events.
On July 31, 2013, WCI Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of the notes due 2021. The Company is filing a copy of the press release as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which is incorporated by reference to this Item 8.01.
