On August 1, 2013, Saker Aviation Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a show cause hearing at the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County (docket number 2013-04033) has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 14th at 2:00 p.m.
The Company expects such hearing will address issues related to the complaint filed by the Company following a decision announced on Thursday, July 18, 2013 by the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport that it intends to negotiate a Fixed Base Operator lease with a party other than the Company. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached to this Current Reports on Form 8–K as Exhibit 99.1.
