Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 1, 2013, Geeknet, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter of its 2013 fiscal year, which ended June 30, 2013. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
