On July 30, 2013, Vuzix Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of its public offering of 3,500,000 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 3,500,000 shares of common stock, at an offering price of $2.00 per share of common stock and $0.0001 per warrant. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
