Effective July 30, 2013, Mr. Thomas C. Leonard retired from the Board of Directors of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (the "Registrant"). Mr. Leonard's retirement is a planned reduction in his commitments and is not the result of any disagreement with the Registrant.
