Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 31, 2013, GlobalSCAPE, Inc. announced it will report financial results for its second quarter fiscal year 2013 results on a conference call Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 4:30p.m. Eastern Time/3:30p.m. Central Time.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
