On July 31, 2013, Exelon Corporation (Exelon) announced via press release its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013. Also attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K are the presentation slides to be used at the second quarter 2013 earnings conference call.
