On July 29, 2013, The LGL Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing an earnings call to be held Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The Company also noted that holders of record as of 4:30 p.m. ET today, July 29, 2013, will receive warrants as a dividend to all stockholders upon their issuance on or around August 6, 2013.
A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
