Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On July 25, 2013, MVP REIT Inc. (“the Company”) announced they entered into purchase agreement to acquire a 299 unit self-storage facility located off of the Nevada Highway in Boulder City, NV. The $5.2 million acquisition of the property is expected to close in August, 2013.
The self-storage facility consists of 23 buildings situated on 5.02 acres with a total of 111,913 net rentable square feet including 288 single-story units with an additional 11 open recreational vehicle spaces.
