On July 25, 2013, Warner Chilcott plc issued a press release announcing that the United States Food and Drug Administration had approved LO MINASTRIN™ FE (norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol chewable tablets, ethinyl estradiol tablets and ferrous fumarate tablets) for the prevention of pregnancy.
