Item 8.01.  Other Events.

On July 23, 2013, the Registrant issued a press release announcing a quarterly dividend of 25 cents on each outstanding share of the Registrant’s common stock, payable in cash on October 1, 2013.  The common stock dividend is payable to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013, not as stated in the press release on August 31, 2013.
