Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 24, 2013, RF Micro Devices, Inc. (“RFMD”) issued a press release announcing its entry into an agreement to sell its semiconductor manufacturing facility in the United Kingdom to Phoenix, Arizona-based Compound Photonics.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
