Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 24, 2013, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has rescheduled its second quarter 2013 financial results investor conference call and webcast originally scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 6, 2013 to 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on that same day. The Company will still issue its second quarter 2013 financial results before market open on August 6, 2013, as previously announced.
A copy of the press release announcing the foregoing is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
