As previously reported in the Current Report on Form 8-K of Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. (the "Company"), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 11, 2013, the Company entered into a Consulting Agreement with Elizabeth Plaza, effective January 1, 2013 (the "Consulting Agreement"). On July 17, 2013, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company approved up to 720 additional hours of consulting services to be provided by Ms. Plaza at the previously established rate of $275 per hour during the one year term of the Consulting Agreement.
