On July 23, 2013, Full Circle Capital Corporation (“Full Circle”) issued a press release announcing the transfer of the listing of Full Circle’s common stock from The Nasdaq Capital Market to The Nasdaq Global Market. The text of the press release is included as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
