On July 23, 2013, Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had reached an agreement in principle to settle all direct purchaser class claims against the Company In re: Processed Egg Products Antitrust Litigation, No. 2:08-md-02002-GP, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report
