Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 22, 2013, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle ("Seattle Bank") issued a press release announcing its unaudited preliminary financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2013 and the declaration of a dividend. The Seattle Bank’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per Class A and Class B share. The dividend, based on average stock outstanding for second quarter 2013, will be paid on July 30, 2013.
A copy of the press release and accompanying letter to our members are included as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this report.
