Corporate Resource Services Applies for Listing on NASDAQ Exchange

 

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- (Business Wire)July 15, 2013 -- Corporate Resource Services, Inc. (OTCBB: CRRS), a diversified technology, staffing, recruiting, and consulting services firm,  today announced that has submitted an application for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market. The company's listing application is subject to review and approval by NASDAQ's listing qualifications department for compliance with all NASDAQ Capital Market standards.

 

“We are very excited about our application to list on NASDAQ,” said John Messina, Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Resource Services.  “We believe that the move from the over-the-counter market to a national exchange will enhance the trading market for our stock and provide greater liquidity and value for our shareholders. We expect the process will be completed sometime this Summer as NASDAQ reviews our application and we finalize the steps necessary to bring CRS into compliance with all of the listing requirements.
