On July 15, 2013, Mitchell S. Paull, the Senior Vice President, Merchandising and Logistics, of the Sales & Lease Ownership Division of Aaron’s, Inc. (the “Company”), gave notice of his resignation from employment with the Company, to be effective July 26, 2013. Mr. Paull is resigning to pursue other business opportunities.
