Item 5.03. | Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws: Change in Fiscal Year |
Effective July 11, 2013, the limited liability company agreement of Sunoco Partners LLC (the “Company”), the general partner of Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”), was amended and restated. The purpose of the amendment and restatement was (i) to reflect the addition of ETE Common Holdings, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Energy Transfer Equity, L.P., as a member of the Company and (ii) to make other tax-related changes to the agreement to reflect the treatment of the Company as a partnership for federal income tax purposes.
