Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

On June 19, 2013, Corporate Property Associates 17 — Global Incorporated (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders. To allow additional time for stockholders to vote, the annual meeting was adjourned until July 11, 2013. At the meeting, a vote was taken to elect directors for the Company through the solicitation of proxies. Set forth below are the final voting results for the election of directors, who were elected to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders:
