Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 13, 2012, First American Financial Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K announcing the appointment of Anthony K. Anderson to the Company’s Board of Directors on November 6, 2012. At that time, Mr. Anderson had not been appointed to serve on any committees of the Board.
Effective July 10, 2013, Mr. Anderson was appointed to be a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
