On July 10, 2013, Susan A. Gentile notified The Clorox Company (the “Company”) of her intention to resign from her position as Principal Accounting Officer of the Company to pursue another opportunity. Ms. Gentile’s resignation will be effective September 16, 2013 and she will continue in the role until such date. Ms. Gentile’s decision to resign is not the result of any disagreement with the Company, including with respect to any accounting-related policy or matter.
