On July 8, 2013, Michael Iseman resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Omni Bio Pharmaceutical, Inc. (the “Company”). Dr. Iseman is resigning for personal reasons and is not resigning because of a disagreement with the Company or on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
