Item 8.01. Other Events.

On July 11, 2013, Actavis, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Actavis”) and Warner Chilcott Public Limited Company, a public limited company organized under the laws of Ireland (“Warner Chilcott”), issued a joint press release announcing that they have each received a request for additional information from the Federal Trade Commission in connection with Actavis’ pending acquisition of Warner Chilcott. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
