On July 3, 2013, Mr. Charles Menzies, tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Menzies’ resignation was not as a result of any disagreements with the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
