Item 5.02:  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On June 26, 2013, Robert C. Paul, the Chief Executive Officer of Compuware Corporation (“Company”), was also named the Company’s President, replacing Joseph Angileri who had been the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer until he was appointed to serve as the Company’s Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 15, 2013, as previously announced.  Mr. Paul will have the title of President and CEO beginning June 26, 2013.  Mr. Paul’s compensation is not expected to be affected by the change in title.
 
Mr. Paul, 50, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in June 2011. Mr. Paul had served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from April 2008 until June 2011 and was appointed a member of the Board of Directors in March 2010. Prior to that time, Mr. Paul was President and Chief Operating Officer of Covisint since its acquisition by the Company in March 2004.
