Item 8.01. Other Events.
After having a self-imposed blackout period for Directors and Officers to trade stock for the last two quarters, the Company presently intends to lift this blackout on August 8, 2013. The lifting of the blackout is consistent with the Company’s general policy to allow trades by Directors and Officers 48 hours after the announcement of quarterly or annual results. As per the Company’s previously issued press release, the Company will announce its results for the second quarter 2013 on August 6, 2013.
