On July 5, 2013, The Sherwin-Williams Company issued a press release announcing that the presiding judge in the previously disclosed proceeding in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Santa Clara, has issued an order setting the trial to begin on July 15, 2013. A copy of this press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
