(b) On June 28, 2013, Mr. Mark D. Waltermire, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of The Laclede Group, Inc. and Executive Vice President of Laclede Gas Company, announced he will retire effective at the end of the companies' current fiscal year on September 30, 2013.
